Delivery
- All orders are shipped Securly.
- Every shipment includes a tracking number for your convenience.
Returns & Exchanges
- Customers can request a return within 14 days from the Order placed.
- Only items in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags are eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay) once the returned item passes quality check.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
- A ₹200 deduction will be applied to all return refunds as processing & handling fee.
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product.
- Returns will not be accepted if the return window (14 days) has expired or the product shows signs of wear.
