Delivery & Exchange Policy
- Delivery Timelines: Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 days, depending on the delivery location.
- Order Tracking: Customers can track their shipment status in real-time via our shipping partner. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
- Delivery Confirmation: The 14-day return/exchange window starts from the date your order is Placed.
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only for the same product. Product must be unused, with tags intact.
- Exchange Requests: Must be initiated within 14 days. Exchanges depend on variant stock availability.
- Shipping for Exchanges: Customers bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to us.
- Return Deductions: A ₹200 deduction will apply to all eligible refunds to cover handling & processing charges.
