Shipping Limitations

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, subject to shipping policy compliance. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the courier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier.

Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable outside of India. Shipments are subject to customs inspections and fees based on the destination country’s regulations.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. V2 Fashion reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or disable accounts found in violation of our terms. By ordering, you confirm you are over 18 and providing truthful, accurate information.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the Order placed, subject to our return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

A ₹200 deduction will be applied to return refunds to cover processing and handling fees.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, etc.) after quality check. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
